    Fotografiska Berlin is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Working Student to join their People & Culture team. The role involves assisting in the recruitment process, supporting HR administrative tasks, aiding in the onboarding process, organizing employee engagement activities, contributing to HR policies and procedures, and collaborating on various People & Culture initiatives. The ideal candidate should be currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field, have strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Fluency in both English and German is required.     • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    • Support HR administrative tasks, such as documentation, filing, and data entry.
    • Aid in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
    • Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities and events.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
    • Support in payroll-related activities and timesheet management.
    • Collaborate with team members on various People & Culture initiatives.


    • Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, etc.).
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
    • Business fluent in both English and German is an absolute requirement.
