take responsibility for managing wind energy or photovoltaic projects within Germany starting from the approval phase, ensure compliance with the respective project's objectives in terms of scope, schedule, and costs, visualize the project process, including subordinate sub-projects, and continuously monitor project progress, identify and assess opportunities, bottlenecks, and project risks, deriving measures to minimize risks and ensure project success, prepare decision-making bases and reports for management, accompany relevant committees, and take on communication with various internal and external stakeholders as well as the coordination of departments
