Lead and develop Planted’s mission-driven Quality team, covering all aspects of food quality and regulatory compliance, Ensure consistent product quality and safety at our sites in Kemptthal and Memmingen, as well as at suppliers and co-manufacturers, in line with Planted standards, IFS, and legal requirements, Strengthen the quality culture across the organization, Expand and optimize the quality management system to meet the needs of our growing product portfolio, technologies, markets, and customer base, Ensure that all quality standards, control systems, and certifications support current and future market and customer requirements, Implement scalable processes and ways of working within the Quality team and across functions like Operations, R&D, Commercial, customers, and suppliers, Take ownership of quality across all production sites, including managing customer, authority, and certification audits, as well as audits at external partners, Lead the organization through quality issues or crises, including heading the crisis team, Actively participate in or oversee key Quality working groups such as HACCP, Food Defense, and Food Fraud
