Intro
CDP is seeking a skilled Accountant to join their Finance team in Berlin, Germany. The Accountant will oversee accounting operations for the German entities, ensuring precision and expertise in financial management. The role involves accounts payable management, financial reconciliation, bank reconciliation, payroll administration, government compliance, and annual accounts and audit support. The successful candidate should have experience in core accounting activities, familiarity with accounting systems, knowledge of Datev, proficiency in Excel, and fluency in English with German being beneficial. Requirements
- Experience working with core accounting activities
- Familiarity with standard accounting systems
- Knowledge of Datev highly advantageous

- Professional written and spoken fluency in English, German highly beneficial
- Proven communication and business partnering skills
- Dexterity and critical thinking skills
- Ability to deal with sensitive data with an elevated level of sensitivity
