Not everyone can claim to feed the world, but it is part of our every day. Behind everything we do for our farmers, there is one AGCO team making it happen. We are proud to put our curiosity to work, building a better and more sustainable world. Join our extraordinary team today!
We are looking for an AI Transformation Project Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of AI and automation across AGCO’s supply chain planning landscape including demand, supply, material, inventory, transportation, and logistics planning.
This is a business transformation role with technology as the enabler. You will translate our AI ambition into a roadmap; turn use cases into scalable products; and ensure measurable outcomes. You will help digitize and harmonize planning processes, scale agentic AI, and introduce governed autonomous decision-making with human oversight.
Your Impact
- Define and own the AI and automation roadmap for Supply Chain Planning, aligning priorities with business strategy and securing sponsorship and funding tied to measurable business and P&L outcomes
- Identify, quantify, and prioritize high-value AI and automation use cases across demand, supply, material, inventory, transportation, and logistics planning
- Lead AI products and agentic solutions from concept and pilot through production and global scale, integrating them into planning processes, systems, data, and ways of working
- Design and implement AI-enabled operating models with clear decision rights, governance guardrails, human oversight, and escalation paths for autonomous decision-making
- Establish responsible AI governance, including explainability, business rules, auditability, risk management, and controls that protect service, cost, and customer commitments
- Partner with business leaders, IT, AI champions, and external technology providers to drive adoption, build AI-native capabilities, and track portfolio performance against delivery, adoption, governance, ROI, and value-realization KPIs
