The job involves curating an artistic and/or scientific interpretation of the Eberhard Brucks collection at the Schwules Museum. The curator will be responsible for developing an exhibition concept, selecting objects, writing exhibition texts, and collaborating with various museum departments. The ideal candidate should have experience in curating exhibitions, working with archival materials, and be knowledgeable about LGBTQ+, feminist, and anti-racist discourses. Proficiency in German and English is required, and knowledge of a non-European language is desirable. The job offers a contract for a fee of 11,000€ gross and must be completed by the exhibition opening or by December 31, 2024 at the latest.
