- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across the organization, including coordinating leadership meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up on action items
- Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEOs, conducting research, analysis, and presenting findings to support decision-making
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and the senior management team, ensuring alignment on priorities, goals, and initiatives
- Define, monitor and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Act as a champion for the company culture, values, and mission, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
- Represent the CEOs and the company in meetings, conferences, and other external engagements as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Natural Sciences, or an Engineering discipline (MBA is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in a strategic or leadership role, preferably in a fast-growing technology company or startup environment
- Previous experience in a Chief of Staff position preferred
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, managing complex projects, and delivering results in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation, technology, and driving positive change
