Intro

Silber Salon is a tech startup focused on empowering older adults through AI technology. They have developed an AI product called Lotti to simplify technology for older users and enhance their digital skills. The company aims to engage and integrate older adults in the digital world by providing educational content and support. Silber Salon has raised a €1m pre-seed round and is looking for a Communications Intern or Working Student to join their team.

Tasks

Content Creation: Write and edit engaging and informative content in German for various platforms with special focus on newsletters and social channels.
Press and editorial management: Manage and write press articles and schedules.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with the Founder to develop and execute content strategies aligned with company goals and audience interests.
Proofreading: Review and proofread content to ensure high standards of quality and consistency.
Content Management: Assist in managing content calendars and guidelines.

Requirements

Language Proficiency: Fluent in German (both written and spoken) with excellent grammar and language skills.
Writing Skills: Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Translation, or a related field.
Creativity: Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
