Country Manager (m/f/d) GSA - Gesellschaft für Straßenanalyse mbH, part of Sweco

GSA is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Country Manager to lead and develop our business and organisation in Germany.

GSA is a subsidiary of Sweco Digital Denmark and specialises in professional pavement management. We support municipalities, public authorities and infrastructure owners in monitoring, planning and maintaining roads more efficiently through data-driven inspections, advanced analytics, AI-supported evaluations and digital tools.

As Country Manager, you will have overall responsibility for GSA's German business and office, with direct management responsibility for approximately 12 employees. You will report to the Senior Director of Sweco Digital, based in Denmark, and become part of the wider Sweco organisation.

You will have full responsibility for the German business, including:

• Full P&L responsibility, including budgets, revenue, profitability and financial performance
• Developing and implementing the commercial strategy for the German market
• Identifying new markets, customers and strategic partnership opportunities
• Leading sales activities, tenders, pipeline development and order intake
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships with municipalities, public authorities and infrastructure owners
• Leading, motivating and developing the organisation's approximately 12 employees
• Setting clear objectives, priorities, roles and responsibilities
• Ensuring effective capacity planning, resource allocation and administrative operations
• Ensuring high-quality project delivery on time and within agreed financial parameters
• Representing GSA professionally towards customers, public authorities and business partners

You will be responsible for ensuring healthy, profitable and scalable business development, a strong sales pipeline, an efficient organisation and high customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a strong leader who can create direction, stability and profitable growth in GSA's German business. You will combine strategic and commercial business development with people leadership, financial responsibility, project delivery and the day-to-day management of the German office.
