Intro
Plan A is seeking an ambitious CTO Associate (Intern) to assist in driving strategic projects and new technology initiatives to support businesses in decarbonising and achieving their climate objectives. The intern will work closely with the CTO to ensure smooth operations, manage projects, and stay updated on industry trends in climate technology and sustainability. The role requires excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills, as well as a sustainability-driven mindset. Fluency in English is essential, and experience in sustainability roles or knowledge of sustainability regulations is a plus. Tasks
- Assist the CTO in driving strategic projects and new technology initiatives
- Prepare presentations, coordinate meetings, and manage strategic projects on behalf of the CTO
- Maintain and update technical documentation
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Manage projects and KPIs to track performance and deliver regular reports
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to climate technology and sustainability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree or suitable for a master's student seeking a work component for their program is a bonus
- Previous experience as an analyst or in a related role
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven analytical and organizational skills
- Exceptional team player
- Experienced in maintaining confidentiality and discretion
