Your Tasks
- You will be responsible for the strategic and operational planning and development of our degree programs in coordination with the faculties and departments.
- You will analyze current market and university trends and derive recommendations for curriculum development.
- You will manage the accreditation processes for new and existing degree programs.
- You will ensure the quality and continuous improvement of our study programs.
- You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, administration, and external experts.
- You will support the development of new teaching formats and digital learning environments.
Your Profile
- You have a completed university degree, preferably in a field related to education management, business administration, or a relevant subject area.
- You have several years of professional experience in curriculum development, academic management, or a comparable role, ideally in higher education.
- You possess a strong understanding of university structures, accreditation processes, and quality management in higher education.
- You are characterized by a strategic and analytical way of thinking and working, as well as a high degree of initiative and independence.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- You are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
