As a children's aid organization based in Oberhausen/Dinslaken, we have been bringing sick and injured children from war zones and crisis areas to Germany for medical treatment since 1967. Here, they receive care in hospitals across Germany or at the medical center in the Peace Village . After their rehabilitation at our residential facility in Oberhausen, the children return to their families. This concept is unique worldwide.

To strengthen our administration, we are looking for reliable support for the area of ​​data entry with 30-40 hours per week as soon as possible .

Our organization comprises a non-profit association, several companies, and a foundation. Accounting forms a central basis for transparency, non-profit status, and collaboration with tax advisors and auditors.

Your tasks

• Data collection and maintenance in our internal systems
• Transfer and input of information from documents and records
• Control and updating of existing data sets
• Digital filing and assignment of documents
• Support with general administrative and organizational tasks

Your profile

• Good PC user skills and confident handling of common office applications
• Enjoyment of working with data and repetitive data entry tasks.
• careful, focused and reliable work ethic
• good understanding of numbers and data
• structured and independent work style
• Experience with VEWA is an advantage.
• Prior business knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Office assistants and career changers with an affinity for data entry are also very welcome.
