E-Commerce Key Account Manager (m/w/d)

Was dich erwartet:

Strategische und operative Verantwortung für eCom-Pure-Player im Beauty-Segment (u.a. Zalando, Douglas, Westwing) – pan-europäisch
Aufbau neuer Plattform-Partnerschaften und Skalierung bestehender Accounts entlang Umsatz, Marge und Marken-Darstellung
Verantwortung für Joint Business Plans, Jahresgespräche, Konditions- und Vertragsverhandlungen
Entwicklung und Steuerung von Retail-Media-Strategien
Steuerung von Contentoptimierung für PDPs, Brand Stores und Kampagnenflächen
Sicheres Arbeiten in den Backend-Systemen der Plattformen (Vendor-/Seller-Portale, Marketplace-Tools, PIM-Anbindungen)
Aktive Nutzung von KI-Tools im Tagesgeschäft – für Forecasting, Sortiments- und Content-Skalierung, Wettbewerbs- und Marktanalysen sowie Übersetzung von BI-Insights in Account-Strategie
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Offline Sales, Supply Chain und Regulatory
Vertretung der Plattform-Perspektive intern – du bist das Sprachrohr der Pure Player ins Unternehmen
Vernetzung mit europäischen Märkten und internationalen Teams

Was du mitbringst:

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Key Account Management mit eCom-Pure-Playern – Accounts in Beauty, Lifestyle, Fashion oder FMCG hast du bereits eigenständig betreut
Verhandlungssicherheit auf Senior-Level: Konditionen, JBPs, Pricing (Deutsch und Englisch)
Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Skalierung von Plattform-Geschäft (Umsatz, Marge, Share)
Tiefes Verständnis für Retail Media – idealerweise mit Hands-on-Erfahrung auf den relevanten Beauty-Plattformen
Starke Analytics- und Daten-Skills, sicher mit BI-Tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker o.ä.). Routinierter Einsatz von KI-Tools im Daily Business.
Souveränes Stakeholder-Management in Matrix-Strukturen, exzellente Kommunikation, auch cross-funktional
Aufbau-Mindset: Du hast Lust, Dinge zu gestalten und Strukturen mit aufzubauen
Erfahrung in der Steuerung pan-europäischer Accounts und komplexer europäischer Strukturen – wenn du das noch nicht hattest, entwickeln wir dich gern in die Rolle hinein
Pharma-/OTC-Erfahrung und Verständnis für regulatorische Anforderungen im Apotheken-Kanal
Erfahrung mit 1P- vs. 3P-Marketplace-Modelle/ TikTok Shop
