Tasks
- Proactively drive HSE through visible safety leadership and suitable programs.
- Lead and manage a team of Production Engineers to improve turbine availability systematically.
- Lead and manage a central team of white-collar site personnel.
- Drive and encourage innovation, continuous improvement, and standardization.
- Budget responsibility for the white-collar team.
- Support strategic, operational, and transformation topics.
- Plan the best-case location of assigned white-collar site personnel.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the team in line with corporate values.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of business experience in a comparable role.
- Experience in Offshore Wind or similar field.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading a mid-sized team.
- Passion for operations, safety, and quality management.
- Strong communication skills in English, German skills considered an advantage.
- Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to travel including offshore site visits.
