At Fired Up GmbH, we are dedicated to supporting people currently in a career transition phase. We do this through our job and founder coaching programs, free of charge for people registered as unemployed in Germany.

Freelance Social Media Content Creator (IG)
We’re looking for a freelance content creator to join our expert pool and bring fresh energy to our organic Instagram channel.
Our brand is bold, direct, and human and we want our socials to feel the same. You’ll help us come up with simple, creative content ideas for images and reels, bring them to life, and publish around two posts per week. This also includes yourself in the stories.
What you’ll do
- Develop ideas for IG posts (images + reels) that fit our brand and audience
- Create and publish ~2 posts per week (as a guideline)
- Bring your own style and face into the content where it makes sense
- Keep it simple: uncomplicated production, strong message
- Experiment with formats that boost engagement and keep our channel alive
What we’re looking for
- Experience creating content for Instagram
- A good eye for trends and what works organically
