Your Role
As Junior Controller, you will support financial planning, reporting, and business analysis across constellr. Your day-to-day will include hands-on budgeting work directly with Cost Center Owners, alongside forecasting, development of business cases, and management reporting — helping improve the quality and scalability of financial decision-making.
This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to develop within Controlling and Financial Planning, in a fast-paced, driven space technology company. You will work closely with other Finance team members, Cost Center Owners, and key business stakeholders across functions like Operations, Sales, and Programme Management in a business partner role, turning data into clear insights and helping build scalable planning and reporting processes as the company grows.
Key responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Prepare management reporting, KPI analysis, and performance review materials.
- Perform variance analysis, identifying key business drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Maintain planning models, dashboards, reporting tools, and recurring finance templates.
- Support business cases, scenario analysis, and ad hoc financial projects.
