Leiter*in Finanzen und Controlling
Der Bundesverband Mobile Beratung e.V. (BMB) ist der Dachverband von rund 50 Mobilen Beratungsteams bundesweit, die zum Umgang mit Rechtsextremismus, Rassismus, Antisemitismus, Antifeminismus und Verschwörungserzählungen beraten. In den Teams arbeiten rund 200 Mobile Beraterinnen, die bei 35 Trägern in den Ländern angestellt sind. Für die Verwaltung des BMB (aktuell neun Mitarbeiterinnen, diverse Veranstaltungen und Weiterbildungen etc.), sowie für das Controlling und die Finanzsteuerung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung sucht der Bundesverband Mobile Beratung einen Leiterin Finanzen und Controlling ab 1. Februar 2026.
Der Arbeitsort ist Dresden. Es besteht die Möglichkeit mit 20 Wochenstunden zu starten und perspektivisch auf 30 oder mehr Stunden aufzustocken.
