Wir suchen eine(n) Mitarbeiter(in) für den Kunden-Support (m/w/d)
Die Aufgaben:
- Hilfestellung bei technischen Problemen der Kunden
- Beantworten von Kundenfragen per E-Mail
- Pflege von Dokumentation und Hilfe-Artikeln
Die Anforderungen:
- sehr gute schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Interesse an IT-Themen
- gute Auffassungsgabe und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Freude am Lösen von Kundenproblemen und dem Beschreiben von Lösungswegen
- Bereitschaft zu einer stets freundlichen und professionellen Kundenansprache
- Lernbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Wir bieten:
- eine Voll- oder Teilzeitstelle (30-40 Stunden) mit Gleitzeit
- eine unbefristete Festanstellung
