Your mission

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our Berlin office on a part-time basis, with the potential to grow into a full-time role over time. You'll be on-site Monday through Friday mornings, keeping our office running smoothly, organized, and compliant, from purchasing processes and setup of work stations, handling daily requests from team to external mail evaluation and follow-ups with responsible teams.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, mornings, 4 hours/day (part-time to start, with potential to grow into a full-time position)

Office organization: Keep the office space functional and well organized on a day-to-day basis, incl. daily checks of incoming mail and packages.
Supplies & inventory: Purchase and manage office supplies.
Compliance: Help keep the office space in line with relevant regulations and requirements such as Occupational Safety.
General support: Proactively spot issues or gaps around the office and take care of them proactively, including requesting repairs, furniture removal, etc.
Storage: Coordinate and perform drop off and pick up of items in our company storage, located outside the office.
Support in our audited business documentation needed for the organization’s certifications as a medical device manufacturer
Contribute to task execution in Business, Growth, and Marketing projects

Your profile

At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Valid EU drivers license category B
Based in Berlin and available on-site Monday–Friday for at least 4 hours/day.
Fluency in English is a must; German is a plus.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
Reliable - do what you say and say what you do, push through to completion
Agile and efficient when it comes to executing tasks.
Proactive - able to assess situations in the office on your own and deal with them.
Communicative and friendly, with good interpersonal skills.
