ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Performance Marketing Manager (Paid Social) you hold the keys to our growth engine, transitioning our operations from an external agency to an internal powerhouse. Together with our Paid Social Lead you will refine our Meta strategy, testing bold ideas and scaling winning strategies that bring our hybrid learning worlds to hundreds of thousands of families.

Own daily Meta campaign operations, aiming for top-performance through thoughtful budget scaling, real-time bid adjustments, and smooth execution
Drive our strategic testing by independently scaling creative experiments and A/B tests to hit ROAS and CAC targets
Lead the creative pipeline coordination by bridging the gap between raw ad concepts and creators, ensuring high-impact assets are delivered and launched on time
Conduct deep-dive data analysis into campaign and landing page metrics to provide actionable insights that inform our long-term Meta strategies
Coordinate seasonal promotions and new product launches by aligning creative concepts with broader business goals
Collaborate cross-functionally with the wider marketing and product teams to ensure our Meta strategy remains agile, streamlined, and synchronized with our mission

ABOUT YOU

You are a Performance Marketer with a systematic funnel-down diagnostic mindset and the resilience required to navigate seasonal peaks and rapid strategy shifts without losing focus.

2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, managing and scaling Meta accounts independently within a B2C or E-Commerce environment
Proven experience of turning raw data into action plans and meaningfully improving conversion rates through landing page and funnel optimization
Experience using Meta Ads Manager, including knowledge of bidding strategies, audiences, and technical tracking like Pixels and Conversions API
Proficiency in both English and German (C1+) to confidently launch ads and landing pages for our core markets
Experimental mindset with a deep passion for psychological hooks and creative messaging
Bonus: You bring experience scaling TikTok campaigns

How to become part of the team

We look forward to receiving your application (CV is enough!). Once we have reviewed it and decide to invite you, we schedule a first 30-minute interview where we get to know each other. You will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions.
Depending on the position, there is now a small assignmentfor you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study.
We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved.
You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references.
After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you becomepart of #teamedurino, yay!
