Intro
Welcome to BIA, a boutique transformation studio based in the vibrant heart of Berlin Mitte. We create innovation and learning journeys for organizations of all sizes. Our BIA Program Designers partner with an amazing network of free coaches to deliver a variety of programs - from 1-day training workshop to 2-year startup program.
Tasks
- Manage end-to-end Entrepreneurship Programs within our Startup Hub, including program planning, operations, logistics, workshop design and facilitation, participant experience management, administration, and stakeholder communications.
- Partner with the Program Team to co-design program agendas, formats, and curriculum.
- Scout and engage with startups and partners that align with relevant programs.
- Manage network outreach to nurture the ecosystem of external partners, including top advisors, coaches, mentors, partner hubs, investors, and more.
- Create and deliver engaging events and activities for the Startup Hub Community.
- Execute grant administration with the support of other team members.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Project or Program Manager, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment
- Familiarity with the Startup, Impact and DEI industry
- Hands-on, takes ownership fast, and operates independently
- Excellent project management and team communication skills
- Good vibes and ability to nurture great (external) relationships
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
