What You Bring

• Degree in engineering or a related field, preferably in industrial engineering, process engineering, plant engineering, electrical engineering, or automation engineering; alternatively, a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience.
• Experience in plant projects, ideally supported by an IPMA Level B certification or equivalent, preferably within the hydrogen or energy sector.
• Proven expertise in managing complex contract structures, with a strong understanding of contractual, commercial, and risk-related implications.
• Strong leadership capabilities combined with a high level of personal accountability, demonstrating initiative, ownership and the ability to drive results in complex project environments.
• Excellent organizational, coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align cross-functional teams toward common objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in international and multicultural environments, fostering collaboration, building trust, and navigating cultural differences with confidence.
• Strong negotiation skills, assertiveness, and interpersonal competence, enabling effective stakeholder management and successful project delivery.
• Fluent in English and at least B1-level in German, with the ability to communicate confidently in technical, commercial and executive-level contexts.
• Committed to continuous professional development, with a proactive mindset toward expanding expertise and leadership capabilities within the role.
