Quality Lead (f/m/d)

Tasks
- Lead and mentor a quality team responsible for Ready Made Garments Quality, Materials Quality, and Accessories Quality
- Establish and enforce manufacturing standards for quality improvement and technical expertise
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead problem-solving efforts to address quality issues
- Develop and maintain quality standards and procedures
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements for tests, trims, labels, and packaging
- Negotiate terms and prices with external stakeholders and manage department budget
