Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering)
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in plant operations, commissioning, field service, maintenance, or engineering roles
- Strong understanding of Inspection & Test Planning, project risk, lessons learned, schedule, and management of change
- Organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing action plans based on service KPIs
- Background in collaboration with engineering and maintenance
- Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Business fluent in English
- Willingness to travel up to 70%
