Sachbearbeiter/-in Personalbetreuung (m/w/d)

To reinforce our Human Resources Support Department within the General Personnel Administration Department of the Human Resources Division, we are looking for you at the Mainz location.

The Human Resources Support Department is the central point of contact for general personnel law issues for salaried employees, employees under service regulations, and civil servants.

Your Responsibilities

• You will manage all personnel law measures throughout the employee lifecycle, from entry to exit, including onboarding and offboarding formalities, reclassifications, promotions, parental leave and part-time applications, employment certificates, as well as employment and service law measures.
• You will create digital personnel files and maintain personnel and payroll data in SAP HCM.
• As the point of contact for a defined group of employees and managers, you will advise our employees on personnel-related matters.
• Furthermore, you will conduct selection processes, including interviews, and collaborate with the relevant bodies.

Your Profile

• University degree (Bachelor, FH-Diplom) in a relevant field, e.g., Human Resources Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Law, or a comparable discipline.
• Several years of professional experience in personnel administration.
• Confident use of standard MS Office applications, ideally with initial experience in SAP HCM.
• Knowledge of legal areas relevant to HR support, e.g., employment/service law, collective bargaining law, social security law, tax and supplementary pension law.
