Intro
Seqana is an EU- and venture-backed start-up specializing in the development of monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV) tools to drive soil carbon sequestration and the transition towards regenerative and climate-preserving agriculture. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a key role in deploying Seqana’s products globally and engaging stakeholders in the agricultural sector for a sustainable future. The role involves lead generation, strategic outreach, CRM management, sales process innovation, and growth opportunities within the company. Candidates should have drive, organizational skills, learning agility, communication abilities, 0-2 years of sales experience, fluent English, knowledge of carbon markets, and familiarity with nature-based solutions methodologies.
Tasks
- Identifying and nurturing potential leads
- Crafting and implementing innovative outreach strategies
- Managing CRM and ensuring data integrity
- Evaluating and refining sales process
- Engaging with prospects and industry partners
Requirements
- 0-2 years of sales experience
- Fluent in English, German or other languages a plus
- Knowledge of Carbon Markets and carbon farming
- Familiarity with nature-based solutions methodologies
- Experience using and maintaining a CRM
