Senior Platform Engineer (all genders)
Intro
The Senior Platform Engineer position at reev focuses on designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based solutions for eMobility. The role involves streamlining the development process, increasing productivity, and contributing to the company's success in the global market. The ideal candidate will have experience in platform or DevOps engineering, expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, GitOps, scripting, monitoring, and cloud platforms like AWS. Fluency in English is required, and additional experience with message queues, databases, and AWS is a plus. Tasks
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, secure cloud-based solutions
- Support and drive agile development process using continuous integration and delivery
- Align with different departments to ensure cohesive progress
- Build cloud-based backend solutions and improve CI/CD Pipeline
- Mentor junior talents and participate in cross-team community
- Provide feedback on proposed changes and offer alternatives
- Ensure product scalability, fault tolerance, and efficiency
- Establish design patterns in applications
Requirements
- At least five years of experience as a Platform or DevOps Engineer
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
- Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Kustomize, Docker, CI/CD, GitOps
- Scripting experience (e.g., shell)
- Expertise in infrastructure/application monitoring, log management, cloud platform integration
- Language skills in English
