They are seeking a Senior Sales/Head of Sales to lead their sales team in advancing the transition to reusable packaging. The role involves acquiring B2B customers, managing the sales cycle, identifying market needs, and optimizing the sales funnel. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of B2B sales experience, excels in new customer acquisition, and is comfortable managing stakeholders throughout the sales process. Fluency in German and English is required.
