Strategic Operations Manager / Team Lead System Experts (m/w/d)

Was Dich erwartet:

COO Office (60-70%)

• Erstellung von Reports, KPIs und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
• Tracking zentraler Projekte und Initiativen sowie Identifikation von Engpässen und Risiken
• Vorbereitung, Strukturierung und Nachbereitung von Meetings inklusive Agendaerstellung, Briefings, KPI-Tracking sowie Nachverfolgung von Entscheidungen und To-dos
• Identifikation von Effizienzsteigerungen und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
• Enge Abstimmung im OpCos-Team und mit relevanten Stakeholdern

Team Lead System Experts (30-40%)

• Fachliche Führung eines kleinen Teams (3 Personen)
• Priorisierung und Koordination von Aufgaben
• Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs der Produktivsysteme
• Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Prozessen
• Schnittstelle zwischen Business-Anforderungen und Umsetzung

Was Du mitbringst:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwissen oder vergleichbar
• Erste relevante Erfahrung im Bereich Operations, Consulting oder Projektmanagement
• Starke Organisations- und Priorisierungsfähigkeiten
• Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Hands-on-Mentalität
• Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
