Studentische Mitarbeiter*in Datenmanagement
Wir suchen ab dem 1. Oktober einen studentischen Mitarbeiter*in für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unseres CRM-Systems (Köln, 10 Stunden / Woche). Der Arbeitsschwerpunkt liegt bei der Datenpflege und Qualitätssicherung sowie der Umsetzung und Verbesserung digitaler Prozesse und Workflows.
Die Aufgaben:
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Pflege, Kontrolle und Bereinigung von Datenbeständen, insbesondere Adress-, Spenden- und Zahlungsdaten.
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Umsetzung von teilautomatisierten ETL-Prozessen zur Datenintegration.
- Du entwickelst kleine Skripte zur Workflow-Automatisierung und wendest sie an.
- Du erstellst und pflegst Prozessdokumentationen.
