Team Lead IT Infrastructure (f/m/d)
Intro
H-TEC SYSTEMS is seeking a Team Lead IT Infrastructure to lead a dynamic team of IT Infrastructure Admins within their innovative IT Organization. The company is a technological pioneer in hydrogen technology, aiming to contribute to global Greenhouse Gas reduction with their electrolysers. The role involves developing the IT Infrastructure team, observing technology trends, managing M365 application managers, collaborating with business functions, and orchestrating the operation of the infrastructure landscape. The ideal candidate should have leadership experience in a user service-driven IT Organization, strong IT infrastructure administration skills, experience in Agile/SAFe Methodology, and fluency in German and English.
Tasks
- Lead a dynamic team of IT Infrastructure Admins within an innovative IT Organization
- Develop the IT Infrastructure team to provide skills required today and tomorrow based on strategic capacity planning
- Observe technology trends and evaluate innovative solutions in the area of network, infrastructure, and end-user hardware
- Manage a team of M365 application managers and support them in implementing a consistent and efficient application & data architecture
- Manage external partners efficiently and effectively to deliver best-in-class services to internal customers
- Support application managers in designing and implementing efficient infrastructure solutions
- Foster collaboration with business functions to derive a scalable and efficient infrastructure strategy
- Orchestrate the operation of the infrastructure landscape based on service concepts, governance definitions, and organizational prerequisites
Requirements
- Graduated in business informatics or comparable studies
- Leadership experience within a user service-driven IT Organization
- Strong experience in IT infrastructure administration in hybrid cloud and on-premises environment, end-user device management, Agile/SAFe Methodology, and IT Project Management
- High problem-solving skills, well-organized, sociable, ability to work in a team, confident and friendly demeanor, flexibility, strong commitment, and willingness to perform
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English
