Join our Accounting team as an Accounting Working Student (m/f/d) in Berlin and work alongside experienced professionals. You will assist the Accounting team in Accounts Payable, Data maintenance and support improving our financial processes.

Supporting the Accounts Payable team in processing and verifying incoming invoices
Maintaining accurate data in subledgers, including Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets
Contributing to the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (HGB/IFRS)
Collaborating in ongoing improvement projects for finance processes
Assisting the Procurement team, e.g. by supporting the creation of PRs and POs
Maintaining supplier master data
Supporting cross-functional finance projects as needed

Your Profile

Advanced progress in your studies (2nd half) in Economics, Business Administration, or similar, with focus on Accounting or Finance
Strong written and spoken English; German skills are a plus
Available to work on-site in Berlin
First practical experience in accounting is an advantage
Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP and Jira is beneficial
High attention to detail, reliable and proactive working style
Strong interpersonal skills, open to working in an international and diverse team
