Ammerländer Ausbildungszentrum für Gesundheitsberufe gemeinnützige GmbH

The Ammerländer Ausbildungszentrum für Gesundheitsberufe gGmbH (AAfG) is an educational center that specializes in training and further education in healthcare professions. It was created in 2013 from the merger of the nursing schools of Ammerland-Klinik GmbH and Karl-Jaspers-Klinik gGmbH.

The AAfG offers comprehensive training to become a nurse, including a retraining measure that can be funded by education vouchers. The training provides both theoretical and practical knowledge to prepare trainees for a professional field with future prospects. A special feature is the intensive support provided by dedicated practical instructors in the sponsoring institutions, the Ammerland-Klinik and the Karl-Jaspers-Klinik.

In addition to training, the AAfG offers a multifaceted range of advanced and further education for experienced professionals. This offer includes, among other things, specialist training to become a specialist in psychiatric care and a specialist in management tasks in nursing, as well as further training in the field of special pain care and the basic course ZERCUR GERIATRIE®. Day training courses on various topics are also offered.

The AAfG attaches great importance to future-oriented training and further education that is based on the current state of knowledge. The individual advice and support of the participants to achieve their goals is the main focus. A close connection between theory and practice as well as a professionally and pedagogically competent team ensure a high quality of training. The AAfG is certified as a "Zugelassener Träger nach dem Recht der Arbeitsförderung" and offers "Zugelassene Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen für die Förderung der beruflichen Weiterbildung nach dem Recht der Arbeitsförderung".

The aim of the AAfG is to improve the quality of care and simplify the work in care by providing comprehensive knowledge and skills and promoting personal and professional development.
