The Amt Geest und Marsch Südholstein is an administrative unit in the Kreis Pinneberg in Schleswig-Holstein. It comprises ten municipalities: Appen, Groß Nordende, Haselau, Haseldorf, Heidgraben, Heist, Hetlingen, Holm, Moorrege and Neuendeich.
