The Antidiskriminierungsbüro Sachsen (ADB Sachsen) is a central point of contact in the Free State of Saxony, which has been committed since 2004 to supporting and protecting people affected by discrimination.
The main mission of the ADB Sachsen is to promote a social climate of acceptance, diversity, and participation justice. The office works towards experiencing diversity as an advantage and opportunity and learning social skills to deal with diversity. It advocates for the enforcement of the interests of those affected to protect against concrete disadvantages, particularly due to racist or ethnic attributions, gender, sexual identity, disability, age, or religion or worldview.
The Antidiskriminierungsbüro Sachsen is an independently operating, non-governmental point of contact that is committed to the rights and well-being of discriminated individuals, thereby making a significant contribution to a more inclusive and just society.
