The Ausbildungszentrum Gesundheit und Pflege Havelland GmbH (AGP) is a subsidiary of the Havelland Kliniken group, founded in December 2015. As an educational institution with a fresh approach and a young, dynamic team, AGP is committed to training highly qualified specialists in the field of care and to securing and further developing skills in the health sector of the Havelland through a wide range of further education and training opportunities.
AGP offers training in nursing professions and as an emergency paramedic. In addition, the center offers a variety of further education and training courses for employees and managers in the healthcare sector, both in the modern premises of the training center and as in-house training courses directly in the facilities. The seminars and workshops offered are designed to keep participants up to date with the latest developments and legal adjustments in the healthcare sector and to optimize workflows.
The aim of AGP is to provide learners with the best possible support on their professional path through modern forms of learning, practical experts as lecturers and individual advice and support services. AGP sees itself as a reliable partner for external cooperation partners and attaches importance to high-quality and binding service provision.
AGP is committed to promoting team spirit, concentration and communication skills - skills that are of great importance in nursing training. The organization of project days and excursions makes the lessons varied and lively.
