The Bildungswerk der Hessischen Wirtschaft e.V. (BWHW) is a non-profit educational institution that operates as part of the Association of Hessian Employers' Associations (VhU). With a comprehensive network of over 60 locations in Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate, the BWHW offers a variety of services in the areas of Education & Profession, SCHULEWIRTSCHAFT, Personnel Service, Company Service and Research.

• Education and labor market services: The BWHW supports companies in recruiting skilled workers and managers as well as personnel development. It also offers comprehensive educational opportunities for employees and job seekers, including retraining and professional reorientation.
• Online Academy: With more than 500 courses, the virtual Online Academy enables targeted further education and professional development in a modern digital learning environment.
• Integration and language support: The BWHW supports immigrants in learning the German language and integrating into society.

The main mission of the BWHW is to open up individual opportunities, secure entrepreneurial success and assume social responsibility. It is committed to promoting education, labor market integration and social participation.

One example of this is PRO INKLUSIO, a non-profit organization that is committed to social and professional participation. In addition, the BWHW promotes the qualification of its employees through targeted personnel development, which contributes to a sustainable and high-quality service.

The BWHW is part of the BWHW Group, which also includes the Bildungswerk Hessenmetall e. V. and thus offers a broad spectrum of education and services. With around 1,000 permanent employees and around 1,200 freelancers, the BWHW is an important player in the education and labor market sector in Hesse and Rhineland-Palatinate.
