Brand New Bundestag (BNB) is an independent and non-partisan grassroots organization that advocates for forward-thinking and progressive politics. Our mission is to promote a democratic and inclusive society that thinks sustainably and acts locally as well as globally.

Our goal is to create parliaments that represent all parts of our society. We strive for a politics that finds bold solutions to the most pressing problems of our time in collaboration with civil society. We are committed to ensuring that the voices of movements are more strongly included in political decision-making and build bridges between civil society and politics[5].

• Support for Candidates: We support progressive politicians, especially those who have been underrepresented in politics, on their path to political office. This includes federal, state, and European elections[2][5].
• Non-partisan Networks: We promote a pragmatic, non-partisan political culture by creating spaces for cross-sector networking among various actors. This helps to overcome ideological barriers and institutional path dependencies[4].
• Movement Politics Platform: Our platform bridges the gap between politicians and civil society to enable non-partisan collaboration and include the voices of society in political decisions[5].

• Climate Neutrality: We demand immediate climate neutrality and advocate for a Green Economy that places social and ethical standards at its core[3].
• Working Conditions and Digitalization: We call for shorter working hours, more flexibility, and social security for employees. Additionally, we advocate for improved and future-oriented innovation support that leverages the opportunities of digitalization[3].
• European Unity: We stand for strengthening European unity and the institutions of the European Union. We support reforms that give more powers to European countries and promote a connected European civil society[3].
