The Caritas Institut für Bildung und Entwicklung (IBE) designs diverse educational and consulting services aimed at young professionals, experienced professionals, specialists and managers, as well as HR managers. The goal is to create permeable and successive learning paths that meet the individual needs and skills of the participants.
The IBE sees itself as a companion for employees of the Caritasverband der Erzdiözese München und Freising e.V. and other organizations throughout their professional lives. Based on the respective prior knowledge and skills, tailor-made consulting and educational offers are developed.
