The Caritas-Werkstatt in Oranienburg is a state-of-the-art manufacturing and service company that employs over 400 people with disabilities and implements social responsibility on a daily basis.[3][9] As part of the Caritas family, the workshop sees itself as an innovative player in an inclusive working world, where diversity and participation are central.[3][9]
