ChancenPilot is a nationwide association of committed students, associations, companies and teachers, which, under the umbrella of Einfach Nachhilfe GmbH, is committed to high-quality education in schools. Since 2020, ChancenPilot has been a cooperation partner of the Kultusministerium BW and other educational institutions and actively helps shape education.
The company sees itself as a bridge between schools and qualified personnel in order to efficiently achieve educational goals. ChancenPilot offers a wide range of support courses, project weeks and AG offers that are individually tailored to the needs of the students. The focus is on strengthening basic skills in main subjects such as Mathematics and German, including reading and writing training, as well as support in minor subjects.
Special attention is paid to supporting children with special educational needs, such as reading and spelling difficulties, dyscalculia or socio-emotional challenges. ChancenPilot relies on violence prevention, theater pedagogy, music and team activities to promote personality development and social interaction.
In the area of career orientation, ChancenPilot offers insights into the world of work through cooperation with company representatives, application training and support in creating application documents.
ChancenPilot is involved in the Startchancen program and other funding programs to support schools with a high proportion of socially disadvantaged students and to promote equal opportunities in the education system. The company connects schools with partners from the educational and social sectors in order to build a strong support network for students.
The goal of ChancenPilot is to ensure that the implementation of educational concepts does not fail due to a lack of personnel and to give every child the chance of a successful educational career.
