Clinotel is a multi-institutional hospital network to which high-performance and innovative hospitals throughout Germany have joined. The network consists of around 80 locations of public and non-profit clinics.

The main mission of Clinotel is to promote the exchange of knowledge and benchmarking between the member hospitals, in order to sustainably improve the quality of patient care and the economic efficiency of the clinics. The motto is: "Learn from the best. Belong to the best."

Clinotel attaches great importance to patient satisfaction. In all Clinotel hospitals, patients are continuously surveyed to determine satisfaction, treatment success and recommendation. The results are evaluated for the hospitals and specialist departments in order to identify potential for improvement.

As part of the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) of the EU, Clinotel has included sustainability management in its service portfolio.
