COMES e.V., founded in 1992 under the name Lebensbrücke e.V., is a provider of independent welfare services aimed at supporting people with learning difficulties or mental disabilities in their participation in the community. Our name, which has been COMES (Latin for "companion") since December 2004, reflects our work philosophy: We accompany and support people on their personal journey.
