ConSol Dortmund gGmbH is a non-profit organization dedicated to child, youth and family welfare. With a wide range of outpatient and inpatient services, ConSol Dortmund supports families, young people and children in difficult situations.

The company offers, among other things:

• Outpatient Assistance: Socio-educational family support, educational assistance, family support service, outreach family therapy, Marte Meo and outpatient assisted living.
• Inpatient Services: Independent living groups for parents with their children, clearing groups for mothers with their children, ConChild services for mother/father-child, mobile support for young people and day groups.
• ConSol Kitas: Care for toddlers.

ConSol Dortmund gGmbH sees itself as a learning organization that is constantly developing in order to meet the growing challenges in the social sector. A particular focus is on intercultural opening in order to do justice to the diverse living environments of people in Dortmund. The company already started a multi-stage development process in 2010, which involves all levels of the organization. The aim is to offer help regardless of age, gender, religion or nationality and to provide help for self-help to the necessary extent.

The ConSol Akademie offers practical training courses for pedagogical specialists, employees of youth welfare offices, psychotherapists, foster families, students, lawyers and other interested persons. The lecturers are qualified and have practical experience in child, youth and family welfare.

ConSol Dortmund gGmbH attaches great importance to the well-being of its employees. The company offers its employees, among other things, collegial advice, supervision, flexible working hours, further training opportunities, company pension schemes and Jobrad. All managers are trained on the topic of job satisfaction. Internal processes are constantly checked and optimized in order to increase the team's job satisfaction.
