The DRK-Institut für Bildung und Kommunikation (IBK) is a central educational institution of the German Red Cross (DRK) in Westphalia-Lippe. It is part of the worldwide Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, which is committed to supporting victims of conflicts and disasters.
