It also emphasizes the need for strong civil society support to address global crises. Despite its neutrality, the DRK is strongly committed to protecting the rights of humanitarian workers.
The DRK Elmshorn relies on a strong community of volunteers who are committed to a diverse and inclusive society. The commitment to seniors with limited mobility and youth work are central components of the activities.
In addition to its important work in the social sector, the DRK Ortsverein Elmshorn is investing in modern adaptations to help those in need more effectively, for example through new transport vehicles for seniors.
