The Diakonie Nord Nord Ost is one of the largest diaconal organizations in northern Germany, with over 100 facilities in Schleswig-Holstein and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. It was founded from the merger of Vorwerker Diakonie, the Diakoniewerk in northern Mecklenburg, Vorwerker Dienste, and Diaklusio[1].
Our mission is to help people in all life situations, based on the values of Charity, Openness, and Empathy. We believe that every person deserves support, regardless of background or life situation.
The Diakonie Nord Nord Ost is committed to a sustainable and solidarity-based society.
