The Diakonie- und Sozialstation Ludwigsburg is a non-profit organization that has been dedicated to the comprehensive care and support of people in Ludwigsburg and the surrounding area for generations. As a member institution of the Diakonisches Werk Württemberg, our actions are based on the Christian commandment of charity.
Our goal is to enable people to live a self-determined and dignified life in their familiar surroundings. To this end, we offer a wide range of services, from outpatient care to support services and youth and family assistance.

The Diakonie- und Sozialstation Ludwigsburg is present on site with seven nursing stations in Ludwigsburg. Each station has its own team of nurses and a service for housekeeping and care to ensure short distances and quick accessibility.
We employ around 280 people in the areas of home care, housekeeping/care services and youth and family assistance. Our employees are specially trained in dealing with elderly and sick people and quality-assured through the guidance and supervision of qualified nurses.
The Diakonie- und Sozialstation Ludwigsburg gGmbH was founded in 1999 when the seven Ludwigsburg nursing associations transferred their sponsorship for home care and outpatient youth services to the new institution. This long tradition obliges us to continue to help elderly and needy people to shape their lives in a self-determined way.
