The Baugenossenschaft Dormagen eG (BGD) has been a leading provider of secure, social and long-term housing in the Rhein-Kreis Neuss since 1926, with its headquarters in Dormagen-Horrem. As one of the largest housing providers in Dormagen, the cooperative manages 2210 apartments and will celebrate its 100th anniversary in 2026 – a milestone that symbolizes a century of cooperative tradition and a home for generations.[1][7]

BGD innovates with the free "Meine BGD" ServiceApp (available in the App Store, Google Play and as a portal at meine.bgd-wohnen.de). Tenants manage rental matters around the clock via smartphone, tablet or PC – from inquiries to service requests. This underlines the focus on convenient, digital service.[5][10]
