The Einzelfallhilfe-Manufaktur e.V. is a non-profit association active in Potsdam and Brandenburg since November 2011, committed to the inclusive participation of people with disabilities in all areas of life.[1][2][3] With the motto "Living self-determined together," the organization supports children, adolescents, and adults with and without disabilities, promotes their individual abilities, and opens doors to an independent everyday life.[1][3]
The Manufaktur offers tailor-made assistance for participation, which are tailored to the individual case:
These services make inclusion tangible and enable social participation, access to education and professional development - especially for children and young people with disabilities.[2][3]
The core mission of Einzelfallhilfe-Manufaktur is to establish inclusion as a living presence: Every person should be able to develop freely according to their abilities and experience equal opportunities.[2][3] Values such as determination, self-determination and joint action characterize the work. As a contribution to a free, democratic society, the association strengthens awareness of inclusion and shows how it succeeds in everyday life.[1][2] The organization actively invites participation - as a "Hero of Everyday Life" in the team or through donations.[2][3]
The Manufaktur operates independent projects that make inclusion visible and raise social awareness. Highlights:
Sustainability is incorporated through donation-funded barrier-free measures, e.g. sign language interpreters and guidance systems. Donations cover the costs of inclusion projects and ensure long-term impact.[1][4]
A milestone: The Brandenburg Inclusion Award 2025 for the Akzeptanzfestival underscores the success of the work.[3][5] The projects of the Manufaktur prove that inclusion is feasible with determination and public participation - from Kita to professional life.[3][4]
The Einzelfallhilfe-Manufaktur combines professional support with innovative projects to create an inclusive environment. It invites you to become part of this movement: For a Brandenburg in which inclusion is a matter of course.[1][2][3]
